About The Role
As a Frontend Developer Intern, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers to build, improve, and deliver web interfaces that are clean, performant, and accessible. You will contribute to real product development cycles and gain hands-on experience with our modern tech stack.
During this internship, you’ll be immersed in a collaborative team environment where you’ll be supported by mentors and teammates while developing features that go into production.
You’re Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will…
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to develop user-facing features
- Write clean, reusable, and scalable code using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue)
- Apply responsive design and accessibility principles to build interfaces that work for all users
- Participate in code reviews and sprint planning to learn best practices and agile workflows
- Actively learn and adapt based on feedback and guidance from your mentor and team
- Present your work and learnings during a final showcase at the end of the internship
We’re Excited About You Because…
- You’re pursuing a B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or a related technical field, graduating between Fall 2025 and Summer 2026
- You have basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with at least one frontend framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue)
- You understand fundamental web concepts, such as DOM manipulation, HTTP, and responsive design
- You’ve worked with version control systems like Git and are comfortable using the command line
- You enjoy solving problems, working in teams, and are eager to learn and grow as a developer
Preferred But Not Required
- Previous internship or project experience building interactive web apps
- Familiarity with TypeScript, RESTful APIs, or testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress)
- Understanding of performance optimization and debugging tools (Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse)
- Contributions to open-source projects, technical blogs, or participation in hackathons/student clubs
