About The Role
We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Product Manager to guide the development and evolution of user communications, lead generation landing pages and internal tools. This role sits at the heart of our product operations by balancing vision with execution and working cross functionally to shape frontend experiences, manage our applications, define dashboards, and lead agile practices as both Scrum Master and Test Manager. This role will own the user experience from end-to-end, managing the development and maintenance of content.
What you’ll do:
- Own decision-making for web front-end functionality and user experience.
- Oversee the development of and manage the improvements for our Retool application ecosystem, ensuring tools are scalable, intuitive, and aligned with business goals.
- Lead discussions and planning around reporting dashboards, coordinating with stakeholders to determine business needs and scope technical solutions/requirements.
- Serve as Scrum Master to facilitate sprints, sprint progress, standups, retrospectives, and agile ceremonies.
- Act as Test Manager for product changes by developing test plans and coordinating UAT to ensure stability and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed product requirements and translate them into clear specs.
- Write and maintain acceptance criteria that define the boundaries of success for each feature or enhancement.
- Drive product decisions by asking the right questions.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in product management, ideally in SaaS or internal tools.
- Strong familiarity with front-end decision-making and UI/UX principles.
- Hands-on experience managing low-code/no-code tools like Retool.
- Agile/Scrum expertise. Certifications are a plus (e.g., CSM).
- Ability to lead testing and QA processes, with a sharp eye for functionality and usability.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to balance user needs and business goals.
